How to order of Auction Bid Agenct
1. Tell us auction number of your interested vehicle.
When you cannot find the vehicle, we look for it from all auction.
So, tell us the details as much as possible.
(Vehicle name, Manufacture year, Type of transmission, equipment, and your budget.)
2. We reply soon, let's talk about more details.
3. When you agree the price and our trade terms, you pay deposit.
You can pay deposit by international credit card or PayPal.
Deposit price is 100,000 JPY.
4. After your payment of deposit, we bid for your interested vehicles.
We try to bid till your maximum budget.
5. When the car is knocked down to us, we show you the final price.
(If we cannot get a car at your budget, we will try to bid again until we get a car.)
I quote CIF price of your discharge port, it includes cost of vehicle, and freight,
marine insurance.
6. You have to pay the balance within 3 days,
and send to us the copy of bank transfer receipt by FAX or e-mail.
(The deposit is appropriated for payment.)
If you don't pay the balance within 3 days, your offer is canceled automatically.
The deposit cannot repay to you.
7. After you pay the balance, we arrange shipment promptly.
8. Shipping schedule is decided, we will inform you.
9. When B/L is issued, we send B/L(original) by DHL, UPS, or EMS immediately.
10. You can receive the vehicle after arriving.
We can deliver a vehicle at your discharge port, so you have to arrange landtransportation
by yourself from a port to your final destination.
(You have to pay import charge at your country, like import tax, custom fee, and so on.)
Deposit agreement
1. When we cannot find the vehicle of your hope, we repay to you the deposit.
2. You cannot cancel, after we find the vehicle of your hope.
3. If you hope to cancel after we find it, we cannot repay the deposit.
4. However, you can cancel before we find the vehicle of your hope.
5. If you don't pay the balance within 3 days, your offer is canceled automatically.
The deposit cannot repay to you.
6. The deposit is appropriated for payment.
The Payment Method
When you pay the balance, our trading conditions are advance payment by telegraphic transfer remittance through bank. We cannot accept half amount payment and credit card, cheque.
(Credit card is acceptable only for deposit.)
Caution Note
You have to check carefully the import regulation of your country. Because we can not understand the law of your country in detail. Even if you cannot receive the vehicle by the import regulation of your country, we cannot take any responsibility. We cannot accept payback or shipback.
